Welcome to Moron Mayhem, the online multiplayer game (the "Game") operated by Serious Mayhem LLC ("we," "our," "us"), a company based in the United States. We take your privacy seriously, just as seriously as we take trash-talking in-game. This Privacy Policy lays out what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. No legalese, no BS, just the facts.
This Game is operated from the United States and is primarily intended for users in the United States. By playing the Game or using our services, you acknowledge that your information will be processed in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, you use the Game at your own discretion. Regardless of where you are located, we aim to handle your data responsibly and to honor the privacy rights described in this policy.
By playing the Game or using our services, you agree to the practices outlined below. If any part makes you uncomfortable, we respect that, just maybe don't use the Game.
We collect different types of info depending on how you interact with the Game:
When you create an account, make in-game purchases, or interact with certain features of the Game, we may collect:
We collect:
Yes, we use cookies. They help us understand how you use our Game and website and make it better (and faster). Full cookie details are in the Cookie Policy below.
We only collect data for clear, specific reasons. Here's what we use your info for, and why we think it's fair:
We don't collect more than we need, and we don't use data for purposes that would surprise you. If we ever want to use your data for something new, we'll ask first.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). However, we do share data when necessary:
We believe everyone deserves meaningful control over their personal data. Regardless of where you live, we commit to the following rights for all users:
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. For complex requests, we may need up to 45 additional days and will let you know. We got you.
We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption, access controls, etc.). But no system is unhackable. You play online, so you get it. Keep your passwords tight, and don't share them.
Improve your security by navigating to your account settings and following the tips to better secure your account.
To report a security issue, email us at [email protected].
If we ever experience a data breach that poses a meaningful risk to you, we commit to notifying affected users without undue delay and reporting to relevant authorities as required by applicable law. We will tell you what happened, what data was involved, and what we're doing about it.
The Game is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to promptly delete that information in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete the data promptly.
Users under 18 should have parental awareness that they are playing. If a parent or guardian believes their child's data has been collected without appropriate consent, we'll make it right promptly.
Our servers and service providers are based in the United States. If you access the Game from outside the US, your data will be transferred to and processed in the US. We take reasonable steps to ensure that any third-party providers we use handle your data responsibly and in accordance with this policy.
We do not use player data or player feedback to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models. We may use AI-based analysis of aggregate, anonymized game statistics to help tune game settings and the in-game economy. No personally identifiable information is used in this process.
Our Game may use automated systems for anti-cheat detection, fraud prevention, and game economy balancing. These systems analyze gameplay patterns and do not use personal data to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.
If you believe you have been affected by an automated decision (such as an automated account suspension), you have the right to request human review by contacting us at [email protected].
We retain different types of data for different periods:
We'll post updates here and change the "Effective Date" above. If the changes are big, we'll notify you (probably with a popup or email).

Cookies aren't just delicious: they may also help us run Moron Mayhem smoothly. Here's the breakdown:
Cookies are tiny files stored on your device. They help websites remember stuff like your session, preferences, or that you hate sound effects.
| Type | What They Do |
|---|---|
| Essential | Required to make the site work. Like login, game access, purchases. |
| Performance | Tell us how people use the site (pages visited, session time). Helps us improve. |
| Functional | Remember your preferences (e.g. language, settings, game audio toggles). |
Our partners (e.g. Google, Meta, analytics tools) may place cookies too. We only work with third-party providers that indicate that they comply with applicable privacy regulations. You can manage these through your preferences.
| Third-Party Provider | Purpose | Privacy Policy |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payment processing (essential) | Stripe Privacy Policy |
| Google Analytics | Website analytics & performance | Google Privacy Policy |
| Sentry | Error tracking & performance monitoring | Sentry Privacy Policy |
You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings. Here's how:
Look, we might use some big-brain data wizardry to show ads that actually make sense for you. That means using aggregated, anonymized info (like "Hey, 3,000 mayhem-loving mutants clicked this banner") so advertisers can aim their chaos cannons in the right direction.
What we won't do:
We do not intentionally share directly identifiable personal information such as your name or email. We never share your actual personal info (like your email, username, or secret love for the sticky sock) with advertisers. No names. No direct profiles. No creepy tracking across 10,000 sites.
What we might do:
We might let advertisers know something like "a bunch of morons aged 18-35 really love this game mode," so they can serve ads that don't make you roll your eyes. Same goes for us. We might run ads about Moron Mayhem to people who we think would love it as much as you do.
So yes: ads may be targeted, but your identity stays locked up tighter than the see-through plastic jeans you're wearing.
You're in control of your cookie settings:
Disabling some cookies may affect gameplay or website features. Your call.
We use essential cookies to operate the site. Non-essential cookies (such as performance, functional, and advertising cookies) are only used with your consent.
You may also withdraw consent at any time without affecting your ability to use the essential features of the site.
If you are under the age of digital consent in your country (which varies between 13 and 16 in the EU/EEA), cookie consent must be provided or authorized by your parent or guardian.

We get it. Cookies aren't everyone's favorite digital snack. But we use them to keep Moron Mayhem running smoother than your last rizz attempt, but that's never smooth, so easy to do. Below is a feed of every cookie we use. You can change your preferences or withdraw consent anytime. You're in control, commander.

Hey there, welcome to Moron Mayhem! We're stoked that you're joining us. But before you start having too much fun, there are some official (but still pretty cool) Terms of Service we need to lay down. By playing our Game, using our services, or even just poking around, you're saying "Yep, I'm in." If you don't agree to these terms, that's ok, but no Game for you. Let's get to it!
By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise accessing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Game.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you (such as an in-game notice or email).
Okay, time to make your account. We know you're excited, but before you sign up, here's what you need to know:
Here's the deal: we own the Game, all its cool stuff, and anything that makes it run. We're letting you play it for fun, but don't get any wild ideas about owning it. You get a license to play, but we still control the fun.
This is where we tell you that everything in the Game belongs to us or our partners: the code, the art, the music, the everything. You can enjoy it, but you can't copy it, steal it, or sell it. Simple, right?
User-Generated Content: If you share stuff in the Game, like chat, forums, or cool pictures, you're giving us permission to use, tweak, and share it with the world.
Don't be a jerk. This is a community of people who just want to have fun, and we'll kick you out if you ruin it for others.
We all know how tempting it is to spend money on shiny new in-game goodies, and we're here for it. But, just so you know:
Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds for digital goods once delivered, but if we seriously mess something up (like failing to deliver your purchase), we'll make it right. Refunds required by applicable law will always be honored. For specific refund eligibility on Electrolyte Kits, see Section 6 above.
Delays: Sometimes life happens. If there's a delay, we'll let you know and get things sorted as quickly as possible.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Here's how it works:
Quick Heads-Up Before You Smash That Buy Button:
By completing a purchase, you agree to receive your digital content immediately.
For one-time purchases, this means you are waiving your right to a cooling-off period refund, unless the law in your jurisdiction says otherwise.
For subscriptions, you can cancel at any time through your account settings and you'll keep access until your current billing period ends.
Make sure you want it before you click "buy." We don't offer refunds for buyer's remorse on delivered digital goods, but subscriptions can always be cancelled.
We may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to the Game or its community.
The Game and all related services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Serious Mayhem LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Game is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Your use of the Game is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is equally important. By playing the Game, you're agreeing to let us handle your data as we describe there. Don't worry, we're not selling your personal info (promise!).
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If a dispute arises between you and Serious Mayhem LLC, we'd rather sort it out without lawyers. We'd both rather be playing the Game. But if it comes to it:
Note for EU/UK/EEA Users
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, UK, or EEA, the arbitration and class action waiver provisions above do not override any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence. You retain the right to bring claims in the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Serious Mayhem LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or access to the Game; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) any content you submit or transmit through the Game.
This indemnification obligation does not apply to EU/UK/EEA consumers where prohibited by mandatory local law.
Serious Mayhem LLC shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, pandemics, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, government actions, third-party service provider outages, cyberattacks, or DDoS attacks.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the effective date. If the changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via in-game notice or email. Your continued use of the Game after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Beta Testers, You Brave Souls
The Game's still in beta, which means it's a beautiful work-in-progress. By continuing to play, you're cool with the fact that we might change things, including these Terms, on the fly. If you stick around after the updates drop, that means you accept the new rules, no whining.
Also, if you send us feedback, bug finds, or just wild ideas, you agree we can use that info however we need, whether it's fixing broken stuff or making the Game better. We do not use player data or feedback to train AI models. We may use AI-based analysis of aggregate game statistics to help tune game settings and the in-game economy. Thanks for being part of the mayhem.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Serious Mayhem LLC regarding the Game and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Serious Mayhem LLC may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
